How We Handle Your Data

We build AI systems that touch real business data — receipts, invoices, workflows, internal files. This page describes our general approach to handling that data responsibly. It is not a legal contract.

Separate Client Setups

Our general practice is to keep each client's accounts, credentials, and data separate. We aim to avoid sharing access or infrastructure between clients, and we work to ensure the accounts and integrations we build are set up in your name and under your control.

At the end of a project, our goal is to walk you through what was built and hand over access so you can manage it independently.

API Keys & Credentials

Our approach to handling credentials during a project:

Credentials and API keys are considered sensitive from the start of any engagement. We do our best to handle them securely throughout the project.

File Uploads & Business Data

Where possible, we build automations around storage you already own and control — such as your own Google Drive or cloud storage — rather than routing files through our own systems.

Third-Party Services

Some solutions connect to third-party services. We aim to:

We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services — their own terms and privacy policies apply.

AI Processing

Some automations use AI models to process documents or extract information. We aim to use API-based access where available and to minimize sensitive data sent to any external service. We discuss which AI providers will be involved during the build so you can make an informed decision.
